October 21 & 22, 2006: Autumn is here again and with it comes the annual Gowanus Artists Open Studio Tour. I am settling in to my new studio so come and take a look! My new studio address is: 168 7th Street Suite 2L in Brooklyn.
Studios will be open from 1pm to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday (October 21 & 22). You can pick up a map of the tour at any open studio or at several participating local businesses. May 20 - 21, 2006: On Saturday and Sunday May 20 and 21st I will open my studio to the public again, this time as part of BWAC's Park Slope and Environs Open Studio Tour.
Stop by my sutdio at 295 Douglass (between 3rd and 4th Avenues) second floor and say hello.
Take the R train to Union Street or the Q, 2, 3, D, N, 4, or 5 trains to Atlantic/Pacific. Subway map here.

April 30, 2006: My how the time flies! Another year has past and it is time again for Worldwide Pinhole Camera Day.
Dust off that pinhole camera or build a new one. Take it out on Sunday (April 30) and send your favorite shot to the online gallery at www.pinholeday.org
This year, I am going to build a pinhole camera that takes regular 35mm film.

March 28 - May 14, 2006: From the end of March to the middle of May I will be showing about thirty of my Vandyke Brown Prints at the Brooklyn Public Library's Central Branch at Grand Army Plaza. The show, which inlcudes the work of two other photographers as well, is entitled "Back to Basics" and explores some early photographic processes.

March 2 & 3, 2006: For two days only I will be participating in a group show at The Liberty Condominium in South Park Slope. The show will be open from 6pm to 9pm on Thursday and Friday evenings (Reception on Thursday March 2).
The Liberty Condominium is at 207 22nd Street (btw 4th and 5th). Take the M or R trians to 25th Street.

May 1 - 31, 2005: For the entire month of May a large selection of my alternative Polaroid prints will be on display at The Artback, the gallery space at Shakespeare's Sister in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.With plenty of space there, I was able to hang many of my pictures that I haven't been able to show in a while.Shakespeare's Sister is at 270 Court Street (between Douglass and Butler Streets) in Brooklyn, New York and online at www.shakespearessister.com.Stop by and take a look. May 16, 2004: It's springtime and so time again for the Fifth Avenue Street Fair in Brooklyn. The fair is from 11am to 6pm on Fifth Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. My booth will be between Carroll and Garfield. If you are in New York City, this festival is worth a visiting. There are many fun and delicious things to eat, drink, see and do.

April 24 & 25, 2004: I will again be opening my studio to the public; this time with nine other artists who share space at 295 Douglass Street in Brooklyn (between 3rd and 4th Avenues). April 25, 2004: It's Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day again! This year Pinhole Day falls on the Sunday of my open studio weekend (see above). February 24, 2003: Three of my images were presented at Galapagos Art Space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn as part of a fund raiser for Positive Focus, a Brooklyn based group which provides low cost photography classes for Brooklyn youth.
